Tony Cashman - SKF Chief Instructor, loving Dad, Grandad. R.I.P.

November 1946 - Saturday 28th April 2012

Firstly I don't know the words to express how I feel about the overwhelming support my family and I have been given during this difficult time. So to all my family, friends, students, parents (student family members), and the Martial Arts community from around the world, THANK YOU :o)

I will be returning to teach my classes this week, the dojo is my church where i heal my hurts. Lets not feel awkward and pretend nothing's happened so please speak to me, please talk about Tony and the amazing life he had. He is behind the fabric of what we do. His sign of excellence will continue through our club and everything he ever touched.

All classes (including Tony's Horsham and Bromley clubs) will be on as normal.

For myself and family, and I'm sure many have experience losing someone so close, its now a process and during this process we have lots of exciting and new things coming to look forward to. Watch this space!
