Who is training suitable for?
Men, Women & Children Classes are structured to Sport Karate, Kickboxing and traditional Wado Ryu Karate. With a fully recognised belt grading system. Every student starts with a white belt, suit / GI, SKF Badge which is all free with enrolment. |

What does Training consist of?
Classes start with a warm-up session and stretching. Lessons are varied and interesting for the student, depending on the their grade and fitness will include: Aerobic & Anerobic Exercise Kickboxing and more....

Will I be made to enter Tournaments?
No, but we do have some very competitive Junior & Adult members who compete very successfully at Regional, National and International Events. We have regular training sessions for those who wish to get involved with the competitive side of sport karate, but we always respect
